Our Impact

Sakashm Bharti has had a positive impact on the lives of many individuals belonging to underprivileged communities by providing them with skill-based training and employment opportunities. Many students, who were previously unable to access education due to financial constraints, were able to acquire skills such as stitching, makeup, and beauty services. This allowed them to earn a livelihood and support their families.

Additionally, the NGO has been praised for its inclusive and non-discriminatory approach toward education, which has enabled people of all backgrounds and educational levels to access its courses.

Success Stories

Archana Devi

Archana was the first student to enroll at Saksham Bharti Foundation, coming from an underprivileged family where her father, Mr. Narendra Kumar, worked as a laborer with no means to educate his daughters. After learning about our Foundation, he approached us, hoping that his daughters could also receive education and learn to stitch. We happily enrolled Archana, and she became a regular student, traveling 15 km to our center by bicycle with her sister. Now, Archana earns a monthly income of ₹3-5000, a significant improvement in her family's financial situation. The Foundation is proud to have played a small part in helping Archana achieve her dreams and better her life.

Her exceptional ability to comprehend concepts and instructions surpasses that of a typical educated student. With persistent effort, she mastered the art of stitching in just a few days. Upon completing the 3-month stitching course, she acquired the skill to stitch any type of clothing. Now, she owns her sewing machine and earns a living by putting her stitching skills to use. Her determination and passion have enabled her to turn her education into a sustainable source of income.

Gulafsa Bano

Gulafsa is a student from a middle-class family who discovered our foundation while she was out in the market. Our members were telling people about our center and the courses we offer. She took note of our address and came back the next day with all the required documents for enrolment. She consistently performed well in her batch.

Gulafsa earned her first income of ₹1500 by doing her neighbor's makeup for a family function. She was so happy and her face was glowing with pride. Now, she works at Shine Glow Saloon, Sanigawan, and earns around ₹5000 per month. We are proud of her achievements and the hard work she puts into her job.

Vandana

Vandana is an ambitious and hardworking student in the center who has a strong desire to become a successful beauty artist. She is a quick learner, and always eager to take on new challenges. Vandana shows a great interest in the latest trends in the market and how she can grow her skills. Her mehendi designs are exceptional, and she earned her first income by doing bridal mehendi. Currently, she is working at Uphar Beauty Studio on a monthly income of ₹5000.

Shahin Bano

Shahin approached our NGO with a strong desire to learn to stitch but had no educational documents. We firmly believe that qualifications should not be a barrier to education, and so we enrolled her in our program without hesitation. Shahin's hard work and dedication have made us immensely proud, and it is a blessing to have her as our student. She has completed the 3-month basic stitching course and has started earning a livelihood by stitching designer dresses, making us proud every time she shares her success story with us.

Zainab Fatima

Zainab is a remarkable student of our foundation, who demonstrated exceptional observation skills and knowledge of beauty products. Despite being an intermediate student, she enrolled in our program and quickly began assisting her fellow students. With dedication and hard work, she soon began working in her local area and earning a living. Today, Zainab works as a successful freelancer and earns a respectable income of ₹5-7000 per month.
