On-the-job Training

Saksham Bharti Foundation provides On-the-job Training (OJT) to unemployed youth in various sectors like retail, hospitality, banking, and BPOs. The training is designed to help the trainees gain practical skills and hands-on experience in a real work environment. The OJT program is conducted in partnership with various companies and organizations, which provide opportunities for trainees to work and learn simultaneously.

The program also offers stipends to the trainees to support their expenses during the training period, and successful candidates may even get absorbed by the companies they are trained with.
